By purchasing the AKPER STANDARD product from our dealers or our business, insulation plaster mortar is made using the following proportions.

Screed Preparation Process: 1 m3 Standard Perlite, 150-200 kg (3-4 bags) cement, (If it will be used in the interior and exterior plaster of the building, lime will not be used), 300-350 lt. This.

Plaster Preparation Process: 1 m3 Standard Perlite, 200-250 kg (4-5 bags) cement, (Lime will not be used if it will be used in the interior and exterior plaster of the building), 200-250 lt. This.

NOTE: !!Attention!! What needs to be kept in mind is that cement and perlite must be mixed very well when dry.

Technical specifications

In 1 m3 of Akper mortar, 4 bags of cement are used for interior plaster and 4-5 bags of cement for exterior plaster and screed.

Depending on the surface, 75 ~ 80 m2 of plaster is applied with 1 m3 of Akper mortar and 1 cm thick plaster.
